Full Circle Studies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Comscore, Inc., (“Full Circle Studies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) measures digital consumption behavior data, which may include information about your activities on your computer or device, your online activities, and your video streaming activities, among other activities, as part of its broad market research efforts. We use this data to create reports on digital consumption behavior and trends, and to provide research and information products to our clients that inform our clients about consumers’ preferences and interests. Comscore is a recognized authority on Internet trends, whose data are routinely cited by major media outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and CNBC, and extensively used by the largest Internet services companies and scores of Fortune 500 companies. To learn more about Comscore, please see www.comscore.com
(“Website”), and from visitors to the websites and users of the applications that have enrolled in our market research effort. We may also transfer Web browsing and application usage data to third parties for their use in interest-based advertising, as described further below.
What information is collected?
Information Collected from Individuals. We may collect personal information such as your name and contact information when you choose to provide it to us through our Website or otherwise. For example, if you contact us through our Website, we may collect your email address along with any personal information that you voluntarily provide to us in your message.
Information Collected Using Tagging, Cookies, and Other Identifiers. As part of our market research efforts, the operators of participating websites and applications, including applications on gaming devices and over-the-top devices, and applications that enable users to stream video or perform other functions, agree to deploy web tags on their websites, in their applications, or in the advertisements served on their websites or in their applications. Web tags are commonly used by companies to understand user traffic on their website, and the tags we use are similarly used to collect information about general user traffic patterns to the participating websites and applications. These tags send a message to the ScorecardResearch service, which is also part of the Comscore market research group, which causes a ScorecardResearch cookie to be set or an identifier to be collected. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. This process enables us to identify your device and to collect information about user behavior across non-affiliated websites and applications over time, such as distinguishing between new visitors and repeat visitors to a website or application. We use the combination of tagging, cookies, and identifiers (where relevant) to help the operators of participating websites and applications understand user traffic. In certain instances, advertising networks or advertisers may use ScorecardResearch’s services to measure the effectiveness of an advertisement or for interest-based advertising. We may set a tag on your device to facilitate this measurement. Please note that you may be able to view and delete these cookies using the features of your browser; however, deleting cookies will not prevent data collection and may prevent you from being able to use the full functionality of the Website. Please see below for the choices that we offer with respect to this activity.
How is the collected information used?
We use the information that we collect through web tags and cookies to operate and improve our business including to produce reports, research and information products that we share with our clients. These reports help our clients meet their business goals by providing them with a better understanding of digital consumption behavior, trends and consumer preferences. These reports do not contain personal information, and we may use and disclose them at our discretion. We do not use the information that we collect to target advertising or other content to your computer or device. Our partners may use the information that we provide to them to improve their own advertising campaigns.
We may use the information that we collect from you to operate and improve our business, including this Website; to communicate with you; and to provide you with information or services that you have requested.
We may use and disclose any information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it does not identify you personally, in our discretion.

How to opt out of interest-based advertising and/or market research
Interest-Based Advertising Opt-Out
Through the practices described above, we may collect data about your Web browsing and your usage of applications over time and across digital properties, including information about the possible relationships among different browsers and devices, and provide this data to third parties to improve their ad campaigns and to use for their own interest-based advertising purposes. We adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Principles in connection with this activity. You may visit www.aboutads.info/choices
to learn more about interest-based advertising, to opt out of our collection and transfer of Web browsing data for interest-based advertising purposes, and to opt out of the collection and use of data for this purpose by other companies that participate in industry self-regulation. To opt out of our collection and transfer of application usage data for third parties to use for their own interest-based advertising purposes, you can use any controls that are provided for this purpose by the operating system on your device. Please note that opting out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or in the applications you use. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests. You may also continue to receive interest-based advertising from other companies. Additionally, please note that if you use a different browser or device, erase cookies from your browser or reset your mobile device’s platform advertising ID, you may need to renew your opt-out choices.
Market Research Opt-Out
This Website may set tags on your browser that collect data for the ScorecardResearch service, also part of the Comscore market research group. You may control your level of participation in ScorecardResearch’s market research programs by visiting here: http://www.scorecardresearch.com/preferences.aspx
. We will continue to identify that a user visited a website, but we will not associate that event with your browser. Additionally, if your mobile device platform offers settings to limit data collection for interest-based advertising, you can use these settings to opt out of participating in our market research programs with respect to our data collection from applications on that mobile device.
Effect of Opting Out
Please note that the browser opt-out mechanisms linked above are cookie based (i.e., a cookie must be on your computer to tell our systems that you have opted-out). If you delete, block or otherwise restrict cookies, these opt-outs may not be effective. Additionally, because different computers and different Internet browsers all require their own version of the opt-out cookie, you need to perform this opt-out process on any computers and browsers that you want to be opted-out.
